our origin story
It started in Costa Rica.
In 2025, Mark Wildman and Summer Huntington hosted a 7-day staff, mace, and club retreat and Jesfer, Travis, Paula, and Jaimie were all there. They'd crossed paths before, trained in some of the same circles, followed each other's work. But it wasn't until those seven days, training together in the mornings, talking about life in the evenings, sharing what brought each of them to this kind of movement — that something clicked.
Here was a former gym bro turned ninja warrior coach. A man who'd spent two years training with Shaolin monks in Tibet. A tattoo shop owner who'd quietly attended every weapons seminar he could find. A steel mace and yoga instructor raising two boys and moving like she was born to flow. Four completely different people, four completely different paths — and somehow, the same obsession.
Somewhere in those seven days, the conversation shifted. We're a pretty unusual group of people. What if we found more people like us? What if the knowledge between the four of us, the disciplines, the backgrounds, the different ways we each approached movement — could be shared with a community that actually wanted it?
That question is where Weapon X Flow began.
who we are
Weapon X Flow is a holistic movement and flow collective founded by four fitness professionals who believe training should be fun, intentional, and make you feel genuinely alive and connected to your body. We are a community of movers, fighters, and flow artists building real-world strength, coordination, timing, and flow through practical, scalable training.
Using tools like the staff, mace, heavy clubs, kettlebells, and rope, we train patterns that sharpen how you move, adapt, and express yourself physically. More than tools, they become a foundation — building body intelligence that translates far beyond training.
Built through the teachings of Mark Wildman and Summer Huntington, Weapon X Flow is rooted in structured, no-fluff programming that meets you where you are and grows with you. Our mission is simple: train with intention, move with confidence, and rediscover what your body is capable of.

Jimmy Bearcrawl got his name during the two years he spent training with Shaolin monks at a temple in China. Kung fu literally means ‘hard work’ but alongside obscene amounts of bear crawling and burpees, his time there opened him up to the grace and depth of what else movement can be. Outside of China he has continued to explore a wide variety of movement modalities. He now works full time in London, UK as a coach and trainer where he helps people move better to help them feel better. Rope Flow | Strength Training | Balance Work
